Conversation class

You have now studied 6 years of English, and your level of English is good enough to have longer English conversations and to express your opinion in English. Still, you would like to improve your English language skills. Maybe you are ready for a new challenge:

Would you like to join our conversation class?

Every week we practise speaking in English so that you learn to express yourself more fluently and to be more confident in English. We discuss texts, we comment on TV programmes, theatre and film, we exchange ideas on current topics, we listen to DVDs / CDs and debate hot issues, while not forgetting everyday situations. We might even go on a trip together. While you speak, attention is paid to grammar and vocabulary. The consolidation of grammar learnt so far and the expansion of vocabulary are essential elements in these classes.

In the conversation class we don't use a book. Copies are handed out in class.

voor wie?

Je kan starten in de conversatieklas als je een attest Threshold 4 A en B  - Richtgraad 2.4 meebrengt of een niveautest aflegt in ons CVO.

Als je een niveautest wil afleggen, maak je ook best een afspraak met een van de leerkrachten Engels voor een mondelinge toets.
